Thanksgiving 2013

Ansel turned 1

We had a great party celebrating with lots of friends and family. Ansel loved the piñata and took a couple bites of his cake. He's not walking but crawling all over. He adores his sister and follows her every where. 

Our road trip to Billings, Montana begins!

Kids, luggage, and food packed up for our 14 hour road trip. We can't wait to see Karen, Joe, and celebrate Easter!


Isabel loved seeing all the Wind Mills!

We had lunch at the first rest stop at the South Dakota border. Then had a nice picnic dinner enjoying the beautiful weather!

We ended the afternoon with a great drive through the Badlands. We saw some goats and deer! Isabel loved every bit of it. We are excited for what tomorrow has to bring us.

Ansel celebrated St. Patty's by rolling over today!

Isabel is 2 years old!

We celebrated Isabel's 2nd birthday with balloon filled room and breakfast with her Abuelo and Abuela. After swim lessons and nap we hit the Mall of America. Isabel rode the Carousel, Diego's bus, and The Train. We enjoyed dinner and dessert AG the Rain Forest Cafe.

She loved telling everyone she is "2"!

Isabel received and exchanged her first Valentine's this year! Dad cooked a delicious meal and got Mom flowers/chocolates.

Well mom is back to work and Ansel has started daycare.  2013 started off pretty rough with everyone in the family getting the bug that was going around.  We're finally all getting back to being healthy!  Ansel loves daycare and chats so much with the ladies and other babies.  He at first did not like taking the bottle, but now is a pro and chugs them so quickly.

3 months old - December 23rd 2012

Ansel turned 3 months!  At 3 months he was sleeping through the nigt 8-11 hours.  He wore 9-12 month old clothes.  Het met his Aunts and Uncles from Montana/Alaska for the first time.  He was baptized and celebrated his first Christmas! He continues to be a chatter box and can't keep from watching Isabel play.  He has joined in on playing by picking up toys and putting them in his mouth.
